After more than a year...and more than 40 demonstrations...another protest for educational reforms was held...with an estimated 20,000-100,000 marching in downtown Santiago.
Students, teachers and parents claim Chile has one of the most costly and unfair educational systems in the world.
At least 70 were arrested...and one protester was reported injured...as the rally again turned violent at nightfall.
