PERU: Another Victim Dies After Clashes Over Fish Quotas.

     A second  violent protest in Paita province over hake fish quotas...claimed another victim.
     A 14-year-old boy died without emerging from a coma...after being shot in the head.
     He was also the second fatality from a clash virtually ignored by English language media...that injured 11...with 3 wounded by gunshots.
    An earlier fish quota clash with police...claimed one victim...and injured 26 others.
