BOLIVIA : 20 April UPDATE : 18 Dead, 31 Injured After Bus Plunges Off 'Highway Of Death'.

     The infamous 'Highway of Death'...claimed 18 more lives...near El Castillo...when a bus plunged off the narrow road...into a steep ravine.

     Some 31 passengers were also reported injured...on the road 60 kms from La Paz.

    The Camino de la Muerte/aka...the North Yungas Road...twists and turns for 69 km/43 miles...along steep and craggy ravines.

    An estimated 200-300 die on the road yearly.
