     This blog's editor likes cats.
Not as much as that infamous...and hilarious...young woman in the E Harmony music video parody...but apparently more than most men.

This feline preference however shares some excellent male company...current Pope Benedict 16, macho author Ernest Hemingway and genius humorist Mark Twain.
    Besides...being bitten 3 times by dogs as a child...will affect a person.
Anyway...here's the story of 'Sugar'...a one year old Boston cat...that fell 19 floors...and survived to scamper away.
Her extra fur may have helped her glide during the plummet...and landing on soft mulch helped.
It also seems that surviving from high above...is a better bet for a cat...than a low altitude fall.
     Who knew?
NEW!!! : The BBC explores the fascinating science behind the survival of cats...falling at about 60 mph. They are essentially...arboreal creatures.
