     As her supporters have long claimed...imprisoned ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko's health is fragile and getting worse.
      A report by a German doctor...who examined her in February with Canadian doctors...has been leaked by a Ukrainian newspaper.
     It says Yulia suffers severe pain from a herniated disc...and can only sit up in bed for 10-15 minutes.
     The report says she needs 'immediate' hospitalization in a 'specialized' clinic.
