COLOMBIA : Narco Sub Pioneer 'Morfi' Captured.

      The man who reportedly pioneered the use and manufacture of narco subs...Jose Samir Renteria...aka 'Morfi'...was arrested in Cali.
      Renteria has allegedly been smuggling drugs since the mid-1980's...first with 'go-fast' boats...and since 1993...with rapidly evolving versions of submarines.
     Colombia's navy has seized at least 66 subs since 2003.
