      Spain's Supreme Court unanimously found controversial international known Judge Baltasar Garzon...guilty of illegal wiretapping.
     Garzon, 56...is banned from practicing law for 11 years...and can't appeal the verdict.
     He is famous for expediting the London arrest of Chilean strongman Gen. Augusto Pinochet...for human rights abuses.
    Garzon is also being tried in Spain in 2 other cases.
