COLOMBIA : FARC Rebels Attack Cali Army Base...Killing 3, Wounding 18.

      FARC rebels are changing tactics...to include large scale attacks on military establishments...and not just hit and run skirmishes...with some success.
      A large rebel force attacked an army base just south of Cali...killing 3 and wounding 18 soldiers.
      It was the 2nd full on military attack in 2012.
