PERU: Lima Rehab Fire Kills 27, Injures 5.

    At least 27 people perished during a fire at Lima's 'Christ is Love' rehab center.
    Five people were reported injured.
    15 were rescued by firemen.

    The rehab was reported to use biblical teachings to treat addicts.
    Police say the fire may have started in a  patient's mattress.
    They also reported that doors were locked, that it was not licensed...and had twice been ordered to close.
