       Gregorio de Falco, 46...Italy's Coast Guard Commander in Livorno...is now famous for his 4-minute recorded berating of the vilified, cowardly captain of the beleaguered half-sunken liner...Costa Concordia.

      But de Falco says he is not a hero.

      He says that he was just doing his job...and is reportedly amazed over the reaction to his widely broadcast tapes.
