BULGARIA / FRANCE : Sofia Bans Shale Gas 'Fracking' Exploration.

      Bulgaria now joins France...in banning shale gas drilling...using the 'fracking' method of exploration.
     Its parliament voted overwhelmingly for a ban...after protests by environmentalists that it may poison water...and even cause earthquakes.
     Sofia has revoked a shale gas permit for the USA's Chevron.
     Bulgaria currently relies on Russian nat gas.
