     Continued skirmishes between ethnic Serbs and NATO troops over northern border barricades are seriously threatening Serbia's potential acceptance into the EU.
     So Serb President Boris Tadic (above) tried again to coax hundreds of Kosovo Serbs to remove all barricades.
    German Chancellor Angela Merkel has called the ongoing border struggles unacceptable.
    Over 30 NATO troops were injured there recently.
