      Felipe Cabrera Sarabia...aka "The Engineer"... described as top aide to Sinaloa's notorious, wanted narco boss... Joachin "El Chapo" Guzman...was nabbed without a shot in Culiacan.
     "El Chapo" is the world's richest narco worth an estimated $1 billion...and has eluded capture since his 2001 escape from a Mexican prison laundry.
     There is a $7 million bounty for Guzman.
