     From 1980 to 2000...there were many murders, 'disappearances' and widespread terror in Peru. 
     A commission estimates that 69,000 people died or disappeared during the conflict.
    But many of the victims' families are still waiting to find out what happened to their loved ones...and the  compensation promised to them.
