COSTA RICA: New Video Mocks Tico Taxes And Corruption.

     A new professionally produced video mocking Costa Rica...calling it Costa Risa/laughable Costa Rica...has appeared on YOUTUBE.
     So far...it has over 32,000 views.
    It describes CR as a circus...with clowns singing about high taxes, corruption and narcos.
    Who funded this expensive looking video...is not yet known....and is now being hotly debated on social media there.
