Human rights chief Thomas Hammarberg (above) says Lithuania, Poland and Romania must investigate their alleged roles in the CIA's program of "secret detention and torture" of terrorism suspects.
"The governments concerned have favored concealment and cover-up," he said.
Swiss politician Marty... in a 2007 report... accused 14 European governments of allowing the CIA to run detention centers... or send flights over their territories between 2002 and 2005.
