COLOMBIA : Army Rescues Kidnapped Foreigner Near Santa Marta.

                                       C.REPORTS
     Richard Anthony Mambre, 68, was rescued by the army from a farm in Guachaca...11 days after being kidnapped from outside the El Rodadero resort.
     Three alleged captors were arrested.
     Mambre, described only as a"foreigner", had been living in Santa Marta for 3 months when he was forced into a vehicle outside the resort.
    The kidnappers allegedly were seeking a $56,200 ransom.
