I was searching YOUTUBE for a favorite ballad...a wonderful song by a male voice playing a mellow guitar...about a "Cariocha de clara"...to feature on M3...and getting nowhere fast!
Mainly because my only copy is a 90 minute cassette...(remember those?)...dubbed off the radio somewhere/sometime...without any artist info.
Luckily...during this futile quest...I stumbled across many artists new to me.
One of them is Paloma Gomes...singing a rousing Canta Bahia.
It has a good beat and a lively, interesting video, too.
Also...if there's a Brasil music nut out there with an idea who that male singer might be, please drop a note to: hypervigilantobserver@gmail.
