Sadly, narco gang and police/army shootouts are all too common in Mexico.
But what Mexicans fear even more... sequestros/kidnappings... have burgeoned there by 317%... in 5 years.
That has made the sale of implants of satellite and radio tracking devices popular because they supposedly aid in locating victims.
But some USA experts label them...as nothing but expensive shams.
