Since 13 June...a jogger has been lapping the half mile around the presidential palace, La Moneda.
It's a peaceful protest jog around the palace... 1,800 hours...75 days...for education reform.
President Sebastian Pinera...even with historically low popularity...has again rebuffed student demands for free university education.
"We all want education, healthcare, and many more things for free, but I want to remind them that nothing is free in this life. Someone has to pay."
