ARGENTINA / FRANCE: 7 Aug UPDATE: 7 New Suspects Arrested For Brutal Murders/Rape Of 2 French Students In Salta; Bodies Flown To Paris,

     Police have arrested 7 suspects...with the cell phones and cameras of the victims in their possession...including the local police commissioner's adult child.
    The suspects use of a cellphone led to the arrests.
    They will be arraigned Monday.
    The victims' bodies are being flown to Paris.


    A French court will open an investigation into the recent murders and rape of two French student tourists in Salta's la Quebrada de San Lorenzo nature reserve.
    Houria Moumni, 24 and Cassandre Bouvier, 29, (above) were found dead in the reserve.
    They were last seen at their hostel on 15 July...but their bodies were found two weeks later by a group of hikers.
     French President Nicolás Sarkozy (above) is said to be keeping a close watch on the case...and in contact with Argentina's president.
