MEXICO / USA: Notorious Arizona Sheriff Arpaio Must Pay $200k...For Unlawful Detentions.

Controversial Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, known for his many crackdowns on illegal immigrants, must pay $200,000 to two Hispanic men...for unlawfully detaining them during a 2009 search of a landscaping firm.


Julian and Julio Mora were held for 3 hours.
One is a legal resident and the other a US citizen.


A judge ruled in April that deputies violated the Mora's constitutional rights.
