KOSOVO / SERBIA : 28 July UPDATE: After Attempted Border Post Grabs...Ethnic Tensions Boil...As Serbs Counterattack.

    Relations grew heated...literally... after Kosovo's special police tried to seize 3 border control posts in Serb-controlled north...with the Serbs launching a counterattack...and setting fire to a post. 
    Kosovo had succeeded in taking-over that one post...but was repelled at others.
    Last week, Kosovo banned all imports from Serbia.
    A Kosovan officer died and several more were injured in the initial takeover attempt.
