COLOMBIA : Salsa Legend Joe Arroyo Dead...At 55.

    Salsa great "El Joe" Arroyo is dead...at age 55.
    He had spent several weeks in a Barranquilla hospital...after a heart attack.
    He was given last rites...when multiple organs failed.
