Another favela police pacification in Rio...turned bloody.
This time it was in the Engenho da Rainha “favela”/slum.
A bitter gun battle there lasted for hours and left 8 suspects dead.
Police seized two rifles, 2 grenades, 3 pistols, ammunition and quantities of drugs.
