Nothing beats a view... along with a booming economy and oil potential galore.
Rio's views are some of the most beautiful in the world...and its commercial rents are now higher... than New York City's!
Real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield reports that the annual cost of renting a square foot of prime office space there rose 47 percent last year to $120, or $5 more than in Midtown Manhattan.
Rio's prime office costs are now the fourth most expensive in the global market...up from 13th just behind Hong Kong, London and Tokyo.
