The judge who freed convicted rebel Lori Berenson, 40, from prison in May only to see the ruling overturned, has freed her again.
Judge Jessica Leon called Berenson rehabilitated after serving 75% of a 20-year sentence for assisting the Tupac Amaru Revolutionary Movement(MRTA.)
Berenson is expected to be freed within 24 hours.
But, Berenson must remain in Peru until her full sentence is served - unless President Alan Garcia commutes its.
A prosecutor said the ruling would be appealed and may take up to three months to be resolved.
