BRASIL: Ag Minister Rossi Exploring Soybean Cartel To Blunt China's Demands.

BLOOMBERG/      Agriculture Minister Wagner Rossi is seeking partnerships with Argentina and other South American producers of grains and oilseeds to deal with buyers, especially China.
A deal between just Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay would total about half of the world’s soybean production.
“We can start a new future where we can be associates,” Rossi said. “That way we will not be manipulated by buyers if we have the kind of agreement that we will have.”
