COLOMBIA: Paramilitary Leader Captured After 5 Years In Hiding.

BBC/   National police have arrested Hector Jose Buitrago, 71, charging him with 21 counts of murder and drug trafficing. Buitrago was one of the first paramilitary leaders to organize the fight against rebels in 1978 but refused to surrender in 2005 when more than 30,000 paramilitaries demobilised. He was passing himself off as a cattle rancher north of Bogota.
