ARMENIA : 12,000 Peacefully Protest President Sarksyan's 2nd Inaugural.
In Yerevan...over 12,000 opposed to the re-election of President Serzh Sarksyan... protested peacefully...but far away from the actual ceremony.
The opposition claims his second term re-election was fixed.
Security was intense.
There were 'brief detentions'...but no injuries were reported.
European monitors had approved the 18 February election that Sarksyan won by 58.6%.
