POLAND : Solidarity's Walesa Accused Of Hate Speech Vs Gays.

Former Polish president...and 1983 Nobel Peace Prize winner...Lech Walesa has gotten crankier...and more right-wing in his old age.
Now the conservative Catholic...who co-founded Poland's important Solidarity labor union...is being accused of 'hate speech' against gays.
During a TV interview Friday...Walesa declared that gay people had no right to lead in politics...and if gays were represented at all...they should sit in the back...'or even behind a wall.'
In 2011...Poland elected its first transgendered and openly admitted gay PMs.
A left center PM said...'From a human point of view his language was appalling. It was the statement of a troglodyte. Now nobody in their right mind will invite Lech Walesa as a moral authority, knowing what he said.
