CZECH REP: Once Pariahs...Communists Surge In Popularity.

     The Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia has had little respect since the fall of the Soviet Union.
      No longer.
      It can boast of a 20% approval rate...surging into 2nd place in polls...and may even form part of a new ruling coalition.
     While the ruling pols suffer from corruption charges...the commies have been untainted...so far.
     But first there is a 1995 ban forbidding cooperation to be amended.
     PM since 2010...center-right leader Petr Necas doubts the commies can be reformed...and become more democratic.
