       3 young men working as clowns were brutally murdered on 5 March while pitching a circus tent in a troubled Cali neighborhood.
     The murders highlight the sudden return of violence to Colombia's 3rd largest city...as gangs fight over territory.
      327 people have been murdered there in just 2 months.
      The government announced that a special 750 member national police task force will be sent to Cali.
