SLOVENIA : 100,000 Public Workers Strike Over Wage Cuts; PM Jansa Under Pressure.

     Plans for more wage cuts...and layoffs have angered some 100,000 public employees...and sent them out to strike.
    The strike closed most schools and universities...and limited hospital care.
     Proposed 5% wage cuts...follow 3% cuts last year...as the government struggles to cut budget deficits...during a recession.
     PM Janez Jansa (foto) is also under pressure to resign over corruption claims.
