     New details leaking out about a 20 December party in Honduras' Bogota embassy...are embarrassing...so much so that the ambassador...Carlos Rodriguez Andino...was forced to resign.

     He wasn't even at the wild and crazy shindig.
     His embassy's offices were trashed...with some laptops and cellphones stolen...during the party.

     But more disturbing...the bash turned out to be a sex worker's dream.
     At least 2 prostitutas were hired...and one even reportedly took dumps on 2x desks...including the ambassador's.
     The ambassador's body guard and close friend...Jorge Mendoza...is being blamed for allegedly procuring the putas.
