IRAN / SYRIA / TANZANIA : REUTERS EXCLUSIVE: Tehran Tampers With Tanker Tracking....To Cloak Fuel Shipments.

       Tehran has apparently figured out a way to falsify and conceal the movement of its tankers...shipping much needed diesel...and perhaps arms...to Syria...despite stiff sanctions.
      REUTERS reports that besides recently changing the names of its ships...Iran has taken over the identities of other ships...transmitting duplicate signals...so that a ship appears to be in 2 places...at the same time.

     At least 3 Iranian tankers were found to be sending false signals/cloaking for Syrian-owned vessels...travelling from Libya and Turkey.
     All the ships implicated are registered in Tanzania...but officials there deny knowledge of the scheme.
