After...Roma's mayor hung a banner slamming Ukraine and a prison in the city of Kharkiv for jailing ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko...Kharkiv's thin-skinned mayor responded... with a much bigger banner calling for Rome to defend its own ex-PM Silvio Berlusconi.
The Kharkiv mayor's office said: "...we think you shouldn't meddle in Ukraine's internal affairs... everyone should mind their own country and not pressure others.'
