     The narco/oro/extortion terrorist group...FARC...announced it would participate in upcoming peace talks with Colombia's government in Norway and Cuba...via a YouTube rap video.

    The video also carried a brief introduction message from its leader...'Timochenko'.
    But...new FARC assaults have continued.
    Several FARC attacks and explosions were reported in Cauca and Antioquia provinces... and Bogota's troops have killed 16 FARC in the past few days.
