       TO WATCH : 5:29 Video...with schmaltzy easy listening music.

       A Ukrainian driver's dashcam shows cars there transforming a narrow 2 lane road...into a 5 lane free-for- all....even passing on the far right...against oncoming traffic.
     It's insane!
     It makes Russian drivers look good...and Austin's up-your-butt tailgaters...come off as angels....compared to the impatient Ukrainians.
