COMMODITIES : Speculators Send Oil Price Surging.

     Oil speculators are back...big time.
     Here in Texas...so close to many dirty, smelly refineries...the cheapest regular gasoline just hit $3.50 per gal. at discounter WalMart.
     On 01 August...that price was...$3.28.
     Up $.12...in 13 days.
     Reuters reports that Brent crude oil is up 33% in just 6 weeks.
     But...world fuel demand is weak.
     So...speculators are betting on hostile Israel attacking Iran...dwindling North Sea production because of maintenance...and more USA Fed stimulation with a QE3.
     Experts say if these 3 issues settle down...so will the price of crude...rapidly.
