URUGUAY / ARGENTINA / PARAGUAY : Mujica's Popularity Plummets To 39%; Marijuana And Cristina Problems Blamed.

      Suddenly...once highly popular President Jose Mujica's popularity...has gone up in smoke...and down to 39%.
     Observers blame it on his controversial proposal to legalize marijuana...disputes with Argentina...the acceptance of Venezuela into Mercosur...and the exclusion of Paraguay.
     The 77-year-old former guerrilla won office with high approval...and garnered a 47% approval in April polling.
