CHILE / RUSSIA / USA : 8 Arrested For 1985 Torture/Murder Of Tourist Hiker Weisfeiler.

      A judge ordered the arrest of 8 former police and soldiers for the kidnap/torture/murder of tourist hiker Russian native Boris Weisfeiler in 1985.
     At the time a Princeton math professor...Weisfeiler disappeared while hiking near the Argentine border.
     Declassified USA files provided new evidence about his death at a secret torture center at Colonia Dignidad.
