SLOVENIA : Fiery Hot Air Balloon Crash Kills 4, Injures 28.

       A hot air balloon carrying 32 passengers...went down during a storm near Ljubljana... killing 4...and injuring 28...including some children...as it was engulfed in flames.
     At least 4 foreigners were reported injured.
