     Crack use is blossoming in Brasil.
     Parts of its cities...often downtown...where users and pushers hang out are called Cracolandias.
     Now...Brasil's Congress must decide how to combat the growing menace.

     The USA's approach...meting out harsh punishment for even small amounts...is winning support...although the USA has abandoned it.

     ALSO: Drug dealers themselves are moving away from selling crack...saying the drug only destabilizes their control...but also fearful of new police and judicial crackdowns.
