     CCTV video in Cajamarca shows a police car suddenly run off the road...knocking down a woman, 2 young daughters...and another pedestrian.

     The incident enraged residents...who fought with police, overturned the car and set it afire.
     The 4 victims were rushed to hospital. 
     The 31 year old mother and her 4-year old daughter each had a leg amputated.
     The new police officer was reportedly drunk.
     Cajamarca has seen many protests recently over a USA company's plans to begin mining there.
