     The EU is frustrated after seeing Warsaw's ugly side.
     When it comes to limiting the EU's long term carbon emissions...Poland is dragging its feet...for self interest.
     For the 2nd time...Warsaw was the sole dissenter to emissions reductions after 2020.
     Currently...Poland relies on coal to provide 93% of its electricity.
     The EU says it will move ahead despite Warsaw's objections.
     An EU commissioner declared "They cannot set the pace for all of Europe."
