BRASIL / MEXICO: Brasilia Wins Auto Import Quota Dispute.

     Mexico has blinked in its dispute with Brasil over importing autos.
     It will slash its soaring Brasil car sales...to an average of $1.55 billion for 3 years.
     Mexico's auto exports to Brasil soared by 70% in 2011...hurting Brasil's local makers.
     The two nation's long standing free trade agreement will resume in 3 years.
