RUSSIA : 18 March UPDATE: 95 Arrested In New NTV Protest; Social Media Erupt After State TV Claims Anti-Putinistas Were Paid To Protest.

     About 95 people...including former Deputy PM Boris Nemtsov...were arrested protesting outside of the highly visible tower of state TV broadcaster NTV...during an unsanctioned rally.
    NTV...a state TV channel...aired a 'documentary' called 'Anatomy of Protest'...claiming to show Putin opponents being paid to link up around Moscow in a recent protest.
     It also charged again that the USA was the force behind the demonstrations.
     Critical comments about the film...exploded on Russia's social media....and the NTV site crashed.
