CZECH REPUBLIC / UKRAINE: Prague Grants Yulia's Husband Political Asylum.

     Imprisoned ex-PM Yulia Tymoshenko may still be undergoing psychological torture after a move to a remote Ukraine prison.
    But her husband has won asylum in the Czech Republic...arguing that the authorities were also persecuting him...to pressure his wife.
    Businessman Oleksandr Tymoshenko, 51, fled in December to the Czech Republic.
