Czech PM Petr Necas has upset his own coalition members...by rejecting an EU fiscal pact...that was approved by the 25 other member states.
Only the UK also refused to approve the proposal that co-ordinates budget policy...and forces compliance...with possible fines.
Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg claims Necas is jeopardizing the nation's interests.
AND: The French media were shocked by the no vote...since Necas as previously indicated he would support a new fiscal pact.
